Delivery Methods:

We use the service of TNT, Toll IPEC, Australia Post and local couriers for Melbourne Metro deliveries.

We cannot deliver to Post office, PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, so please Double-Check with your local Post Office or provide a residential or business address to prevent delivery delays.

 

Typical Transit Time:

Metro Area:
  • VIC, NSW, ACT, SA: 1- 3 business days
  • QLD, TAS, WA: 3 - 7 business days

NT and Regional areas: 4 -10 business days

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, VIC. Orders normally take 2-3 working days to be processed and depends on current stock level.

*If Delivery address is within 20km of Keysborough VIC, you may get your order delivered in 1 business day or even same day.

Pentakill Custom PC will not be held accountable for any delays in carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. In case of delay in transit, please contact courier using tracking number provided in the dispatch notice email.  In most cases, they will be able to solve the problem. Delivery Options:

You are asked to choose one of the following service options when you check-out your order:

  1. Standard Shipping: Normally be a safe-drop if unattended and no signature required unless noted in 'Special Instructions'.
  2. Local Pick Up: Only available for customers from Greater Melbourne Region. 

 

For business, parcels will be left at Reception.

For residences, normally be left at the front of the property where is out of the weather.  Please note we do NOT cover any damage or loss after drop-off.

If you have any special delivery instructions (Preferred Drop spot, Signature on delivery, Pickup from Courier facility). Please write them in ‘Special instructions’.

Note: If you choose not to "Drop off", please make sure somebody will be home to receive the parcel, if nobody is at home, parcel will be take back to the depot and redelivery may have surcharges.
